Important update from Client first lending
As of April 2026, new loan applications must be submitted through the Client First Lending Borrower Portal, a dedicated, modern website built with love by the CFL team for our current and future clients. The new portal will give you a new way to apply for loans, share documents, submit draws, see your loan details, and review payment history.
New Clients: If you’d like to work with us, start by getting pre-qualified. Click the “Get prequalified” button above and we’ll guide you through the process after your form is complete.
Returning Clients: New loan applications can be submitted through the portal. If you don’t already have access, reach out to Steve at spaule@clientfirstlending.com. We’ll invite you to the portal where you can apply for new loans and see your history.
